NAČIN PLAČANJA

U internet trgovini Ramda.hr ponuđač nudi sljedeće načine plaćanja:

1. Plačanje pouzećem

U slučaju da želite platiti narudžbu s gotovinom kod dostave - na isporuku, nam posebno naznačite na obrascu za narudžbu, koja se nalazi u online košarici. Naručeni proizvodi će biti isporučeni putem dostavne službe na vašu adresu gdje ćete njima platiti iznos narudžbe. U slučaju da ste odabrali način plaćanja za gotovinsko plaćanje pouzećem, molimo Vas da provjerite da li će imati primatelj dovoljno novca da plati otkupninu.

2. Plačanje kreditnom karticom na daljinu

Naručenu robu sigurno možete platiti kreditnom karticom kad pošaljete svoju narudžbu online. Obveznik plaćanja mora biti ista osoba ili organizacija koja posjeduje kreditnu karticu. U slučajevima gdje je vlasnik kartice nije državljanin Slovenije, ili koristite kreditnu karticu koja nije izdana u Sloveniji te u slučajevima gdje primatelj i obveznik plaćanja nisu ista osoba, zadržavamo pravo da ponovno provjerimo identitet platitelja ili tražimo pisanu izjavu putem e-maila ili faxa od uplatitelja da se obvezuje platiti naručenu robu. Nakon potvrde ovog načina plaćanja više se ne može promijeniti sadržaj ugovora, konačni iznos, adresa dostave i drugi dogovoreni uvjeti.

Davatelj izdaje račun na trajnom mediju, s prikazom svih troškova i obavijest kupcu o tome kako odustati od kupnje i vratiti proizvod ako je potrebno i moguće. Kupac može primiti račun od davatelja RAMDA d.o.o. ovisno o tome koji davatelj ima robu u skladištu.

Kupoprodajni ugovor (ugovor) je pohranjen u elektroničkom obliku na serveru davatelja. Pristup do ugovora kasnije je kupcu na uslugi, kupac može kopiju / primjerak istih naručiti putem e-maila na ramda@inet.hr, ili nazvati na telefon +385 1 24 05 913. Davatelj onda šalje ovaj primjerak do potrošača putem pošte, u pisanom obliku ili u elektroničkom obliku na e-mail adresu potrošača.
